Hi! I’m Anna!
Hailing from the Tar Heel state, I moved out to the Rocky Mountains for the summer in 2013 and never left. I currently live in Buena Vista with my husband Devin, our avalanche search and rescue pup (in training), Grua, and our daughter.
My heart is on the river or in the backcountry with my camera in hand. I am a self-taught photographer who mainly shoots portraits and weddings but loves the chance to capture people doing their thing in the outdoors. I love going on adventures with my clients to capture their special moments on camera. I am always humming the tune to my latest Broadway obsession (or my forever favorite - Taylor Swift), and will never pass up a good glass of sweet tea.

The name was born of the desire to capture things I (Anna C.) see through photo, so I can look back and remember how I saw them 5, 15, or 50 years from now. I’ve been documenting my life with photos since I was about 10. It is my favorite way of sharing experiences with others, while triggering my own memory of family, friendships, special events, or even just the day-to-day. I want to share that gift with you!
